Rexton, Tennessee Branch
A coal mine in Rexton, Tennessee as it appeared in 1911. This short lived town only existed about two years. It was named for main investor, Ringland Fisher "Rex" Kilpatrick of New York, whose father and uncle, Frank J. and Walter F. Kilpatrick, were the primary investors in the Bridgeport, Alabama boom of the early 1890s.
